Confirmation and protection

Paid → Delivered → Received → Completed. After delivery, confirm receipt or open a dispute within the displayed confirmation window; otherwise the order becomes Received automatically. Funds remain held through the applicable category protection period. Current configured windows appear below. The order’s displayed deadline governs; automated / instant delivery uses its separate protection setting.

Covered issues

You may report non-delivery, incorrect or partial delivery, a seller who is unresponsive, or recovery of a transferred account during the applicable protection window. Keep conversations on-platform, supply relevant evidence, and cooperate with requests for information. Coverage depends on the order facts, policy and applicable law.

Not covered

Off-platform deals or payments are not covered. Publisher bans, revocations or restrictions occurring after the protection window are not covered by this contractual process. GoopShield does not promise publisher permission, ongoing access or protection against buyer misuse. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded, including where statutory remedies extend beyond our window.

Disputes and refunds

Open a dispute on the order before its deadline. Funds freeze while the team evaluates both parties’ evidence. Outcomes may include full or partial refund or release. A seller’s additional warranty remains their obligation. We do not promise a refund solely because a dispute is opened.

Methods and timing

Checkout currently simulates payment; no real payment or refund is processed in test mode. When a provider is selected, approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where supported.
