Independent seller obligations

Only eligible adults may sell. You act independently, not as a GoopDrop employee or publisher agent. Maintain accurate account details and comply with law, publisher rules, Terms and the Prohibited Items Policy. Provide only goods or services you own or are authorized to transfer.

Listings, delivery and warranties

Describe the exact product, quantity, access requirements, region and transfer restrictions. Do not misrepresent ownership or publisher permission. Deliver within your advertised timeline, retain truthful evidence, mark delivery only after completing it, and honor any stated warranty. Keep all transaction messages and payments on GoopDrop.

Prohibited items and game restrictions

No stolen/hacked accounts, unauthorized goods, cheats, bots, exploits, gambling or skin-gambling services, adult content or personal data. Game trading status may be allowed, restricted or blocked. Blocked games cannot list Accounts or Items; additional notices may apply. Availability here is not publisher permission.

Fees and plans

Current plan prices, fee rates and allowances appear on Seller Plans and Fees. Fees are deducted when orders complete. Monthly fee-free allowances do not roll over; threshold-crossing orders split between allowance and feeable volume. Seller fee-free reward credit is a site perk, not cash. Billing and payout providers remain placeholders.

Payouts, holds and limits

Balances are not available until the order completes its protection process. New-seller price and listing limits apply, and additional payout holds may apply during the introductory period. Disputes, fraud concerns, chargebacks, verification or legal requirements may delay availability. Current limits are shown in your seller account; this agreement does not promise a payout time before a provider is live.

Taxes and verification

You are responsible for determining, reporting and paying your taxes. We may collect tax information and issue required reporting forms, including Form 1099-K where applicable.
