Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-11-04 · Version 2026-11-04.1
Draft pending review by a licensed attorney.
1. Eligibility and agreement
The operator is [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], located at [ADDRESS]. You must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you live. Minors may not buy or sell. By accepting these Terms, you confirm adult eligibility and authority to enter an agreement. These drafts require licensed-attorney review before launch.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, maintain one honest identity, secure your account, and notify us of unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, verification codes or payment credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize. We may require identity verification or additional information where appropriate.
3. Independent marketplace
GoopDrop is a venue connecting buyers with independent sellers, not the publisher, seller, employer or agent of those sellers. GoopDrop is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. All trademarks belong to their owners. A listing or game appearing here does not mean its publisher permits trading.
4. Publisher rules and risks
Users must comply with each game’s terms and applicable law, and check transfer restrictions before listing or purchasing. Publishers may restrict, recover, revoke or ban accounts, items or access, including because of a transfer. GoopDrop cannot override publisher decisions. Our game restrictions may prohibit categories even if a seller claims trading is permitted.
5. Prohibited conduct
No stolen or hacked accounts, fraud, unlawful goods, cheats, exploits, bots, gambling services, skin gambling, adult content, personal data trading, harassment, impersonation, false reviews or circumvention of restrictions. Keep communications and payments on GoopDrop. The Prohibited Items & Conduct Policy applies.
6. Prices and fees
The checkout summary displays item subtotal, processing fees, applicable discounts and total before an order is placed. Seller fees follow the current plan and are deducted at completion. Fee-free allowances reset each calendar month without rollover; an order crossing an allowance is split. See Fees and Seller Plans for current values. Payments, subscription billing and payouts remain test-mode placeholders until a provider is selected.
7. GoopShield
The order lifecycle is Paid → Delivered → Received → Completed. Delivery confirmation does not release funds immediately: the applicable protection period follows receipt. The Buyer Protection / Refund Policy describes the confirmation window, category periods, evidence and exclusions. GoopShield is a contractual process, not insurance or a guarantee against every loss.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
Open a dispute through the order before its protection deadline and provide truthful evidence in the order chat. Disputed funds remain held while the team considers both parties’ evidence. Outcomes can include full refund, partial refund or release. Contact support about payment errors. You retain payment-provider and statutory rights; do not fabricate chargebacks or obtain duplicate recovery. Provider investigations may require transaction records and temporary account restrictions.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict listings, transactions or accounts for safety, legal requirements or policy violations, and may seek further information. Existing orders, balances and disputes must be settled. Records may be retained when required by law. Contact support to contest an action; no particular outcome is promised.
10. Intellectual property
GoopDrop’s original branding and interface belong to their respective rights holders. Game names identify products only and imply no endorsement. Users retain rights to their content and authorize its use as needed to display listings, operate orders and investigate disputes. Do not post infringing content; consult the IP / DMCA & Trademark Policy.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent applicable law allows, the venue and third-party listings are offered without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, merchantability, fitness or non-infringement. We do not warrant seller performance or publisher permission. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, indirect, consequential and lost-profit damages are excluded to the extent permitted. [LIABILITY CAP AND EXCEPTIONS — to be drafted by attorney]. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnification
To the extent lawful, users are responsible for third-party claims arising from their unlawful listings, infringing content or material misuse of the marketplace. [INDEMNIFICATION SCOPE, PROCEDURE AND CONSUMER EXCEPTIONS — to be drafted by attorney].
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
Governing law: [STATE], subject to mandatory protections where you live. [ARBITRATION / CLASS-ACTION WAIVER — to be drafted by attorney]. This placeholder does not itself require arbitration or waive rights.
14. Changes and contact
We publish a date and version for updates. Material changes require fresh acceptance before further purchases or seller applications; they do not retroactively remove mandatory rights. Contact [CONTACT EMAIL] or write to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS].
