How GoopPoints work

How do I earn?
1 point per $1 of item price when an order completes GoopShield protection. Today's Drop items earn 2x. Leaving a review earns +25, and your first completed purchase adds a one-time +50 welcome bonus. Points for orders still in protection show as pending.
Do points have cash value?
No. GoopPoints have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, transferred to another user, or cashed out.
What's in packs?
Site perks only: discount codes, buyer-fee waivers, fee-free seller credit, bonus points, and profile cosmetics. Never real in-game items, skins, accounts or money. Exact odds are listed on every pack.
Can I buy packs?
No. Packs can only be opened with points you've earned.
What if my order is refunded?
Points earned from that order are reversed, and any discount reward you used on it is returned to your inventory.
Do points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Discount rewards show their own expiry date.
